MEET THE PRUSAK TEAM

Eugene, along with his wife Dorothy, founded Prusak Construction & Roofing in 1968.  Prusak Roofing grew over the years from a small two-person roofing company to a multi-generation family business based on honest business practices, superior customer service and a first-rate reputation. Eugene is now retired, however he often visits the office and our customer jobs to supervise or just say hello. Gene & Dorothy call many of their past customers friends, having developed relationships with them over the years. Their hard work, customer relationships and respect in the community, has grown the business to what it is today.

Jim has worked with Prusak Roofing for over 35 years. He started in high school helping his dad on weekends. After college, Jim returned to work at Prusak Roofing full time. Jim is now President of Prusak Roofing and is responsible for residential and commercial sales. Over the years, Jim has worked with both roofing and siding products, becoming a seasoned professional in both. Jim is active in roofing professional organizations such as the Chicago Roofing Contractors Association, where he served on the board of directors for 7 years, and headed the Steep and Shingle Committee. Recently, Jim was honored to become a board member for the National Roofing Contractors Association, an organization Prusak Roofing has been a member of for many years.

Mike joined Prusak Roofing over 30 years ago. He too worked with his dad in high school. After a career in law enforcement, Mike decided to join the family business. Mike wears many hats. He supervises all of our crews, handles all inventory and material ordering and is the customer facing representative of Prusak Roofing on all jobs. Mike is also known as the funny one. He always has a joke ready to go! Mike does take his job very seriously though, and will not complete a job until he is assured our customers are happy with our work.

Jacob is Jim’s son and the 3^rd generation of Prusak Roofing! He joined us two years ago and is learning all facets of the business from his dad and Uncle Mike. Often, you will find Jacob with his grandfather, Eugene, gaining valuable lessons about the business from his perspective and spending quality time together. We look forward to seeing where Jacob is able to grow Prusak Roofing in the years ahead.
